Welcome to hustletofit.com! My name is Rahul, and here I share my journey of weight loss. I’ve successfully reduced my weight from 110KG to 85KG naturally, solely through diet—no supplements involved.
Today has been much better than yesterday. Yesterday, I had to leave for work at 8:30 in the morning, so I couldn’t hit the gym. This has happened very rarely—just once or twice in the past 7 months—where I’ve stayed home and skipped my gym workout.
However, today I had an amazing workout! It was shoulder and abs day. I completed my shoulder exercises using heavy weights. After returning home, I had my post-workout protein shake, which made me feel fantastic. I use a plant-based protein for this. I’ll talk more about that some other time.
For breakfast, I had oats mixed with walnuts, almonds, and raisins—a healthy and delicious meal. For lunch, I had rice with chicken curry. Chicken helps me meet my daily protein requirements. If you’re vegetarian, don’t worry—there are plenty of vegetarian foods that can fulfill your protein needs as well
My weight hasn’t dropped in the past month, and progress has been quite slow if we look at the numbers. I aim to get from 85KG to 80KG, and eventually down to 75KG. But it feels like I’m stuck. I can’t reduce my calorie intake any further since I’m already eating in a controlled and balanced manner. I’m trying to understand why my weight isn’t decreasing and figure out the reason behind it
