My story of getting fit and taking control of my life
There was a time I couldn’t tie my own shoelaces without running out of breath.
Every time I looked in the mirror, I saw someone I didn’t recognize — tired eyes, heavy body, and a silent voice asking: “How did I get here?”
At 110 kg, even walking up stairs felt like punishment. I used to eat to feel better, and then feel guilty after. Clothes didn’t fit, confidence was gone, and I kept telling myself “Kal se start karunga.” That “kal” never came — until one day, something inside me snapped.
I was done watching life pass by. Done feeling embarrassed.
I didn’t want six-pack abs.
I just wanted to feel alive again.
So I started small. Walked. Sweated. Ate cleaner. Failed many times. But I kept showing up.
And slowly… 110 became 100. Then 95. Then 90.
Now, at 85 kg — I’m still going.
This journey gave me more than weight loss — it gave me my zidd back.
Through Hustle to Fit, I’m here to pass that fire on.
If I could change — anyone can.
