Hi, this is Rahul Bharti — a middle-class family man with a 10–11 hour office job, just like many of you. For most of my life, I never cared about my health: staying up late at night, eating unhealthy foods, no exercise. The result? Overweight, high blood pressure, breathlessness even while walking, stress, and a life‑turning moment with high HSCRP.
Today, I weigh 92 kg, but I’m on my journey to reach 75 kg — not just losing fat, but building muscle, confidence, and most importantly, reclaiming my health.
