So, the new year is finally here, and one thing we all do is make our resolution notes in a diary. I have a request for all of you: please give priority to your fitness and health in your list this year. I have also created my own resolution list, and of course, fitness and health are at the very top.
I am very thankful to the universe for putting me on the track of fitness in 2025, after August. Before this, I never cared about my health—until I faced a serious health problem: high HSCRP. I am truly grateful to God and the universe for guiding me.
I began my fitness journey at my society gym, starting at 110 kg. Trust me, it was not easy to change the habits I had followed for so long. Waking up early and going to the gym was painful. Tracking my diet and measuring calories was tough. Sometimes, I even felt like crying out loud in frustration. But I never stopped.
In 2026, I am determined to take my fitness to an extreme level. What began as a journey to lose weight has now become something I truly love—it’s in my blood.

I will not be absent from the gym at all this year. If I am traveling or in a place where the gym is not accessible, I will walk 10,000 steps and earn 50 heart points through a brisk walk. Otherwise, every morning I will dedicate 2 hours to my gym workout for the next 365 days. At night, I will add another brisk walk to achieve 40 heart points.

Yes, I have a clear goal for 2026—and that is to reach 75 kg. Currently, I weigh 95 kg. I know I’ve gained 10 kg in the past 3 months, and I take full responsibility for it. But I don’t see those routines as mistakes—I see them as lessons. I’ve learned what doesn’t support my health and fitness, and now I’m cutting out those bekaar habits completely.
This year is all about achieving my best. No excuses. No distractions. Just pure focus and commitment to becoming the healthiest version of myself.
